I'm Bridgette, a personal stylist who helps women reconnect with their identity through the way they dress.
Over a decade working across styling, editorial fashion, energetics, and personal development has shown me one truth again and again: the way we dress is deeply connected to how we see ourselves and how confidently we show up in the world.
But you can't style your way to confidence from the outside in. Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped dressing for who we are and started dressing for who we think we're supposed to be — for the job, the relationship, the version of ourselves we're scared we'll never become. We hide in fabric. We disappear into "safe."
I don't believe in style as decoration. I believe in style as remembering.
Your wardrobe isn't separate from your energy — it's an extension of it. Every outfit is a quiet conversation with yourself about who you believe you're allowed to be. When that conversation is rooted in truth, it shows — in the way you walk into a room, the way you arrive instead of shrink.
That's the work I do: helping women uncover who they are, underneath the roles and the noise — and translating that truth into a wardrobe and presence that finally feel like home. Because identity work is the foundation. You can't pour confidence into a closet still dressing your past.
